Join the Mat-Su Community Chorus for the Spring 2026 season!
We are a non-auditioned ensemble dedicated to bringing quality choral music to the Mat-Su Valley. Adult singers of all experience levels are welcome. Choral experience is helpful, but not required. High school students may join after a brief assessment with the director.
Rehearsals are held on Thursdays from 7-9pm at Mat-Su Evangelical Church, 5201 E Mayflower Lane, Wasilla. Registration is open from 6:30-7pm prior to the first three rehearsals on 1/22, 1/29, and 2/5. Dues of $60 per semester are due by the third rehearsal. Prospective members are welcome to try out a rehearsal before committing!
The spring season runs through mid-May, ending with concert performances in multiple locations around the Mat-Su Valley. Tentative concert dates are May 14th and May 17th. This season’s program includes songs from opera, musical theater, and popular music about royal characters or by noble-sounding artists.
